One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on minibet. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances or bonuses.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are the primary payment methods. Withdrawals require identity verification to be completed before processing.
Bonus Conditions
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal is permitted. Attempting to abuse the bonus system may result in account suspension.
Fair Play
minibet prohibits the use of automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage. Collusion, match-fixing, and fraudulent activity are strictly forbidden and may result in criminal referral.
Account Termination
minibet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, with or without prior notice, and to withhold or void balances where fraudulent activity is confirmed.
General Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and minibet ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing the minibet website, mobile site, or any associated application, and by registering an account or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
minibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, minibet will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are written in English. In the event that a translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any ambiguity or conflict. All correspondence between minibet and its players shall be conducted in English.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure by minibet to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Eligibility & Age Requirement
The minibet platform is strictly restricted to players who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
minibet employs age verification procedures as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme. You may be required to submit a government-issued identification document, such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate, to confirm your date of birth. Failure to complete age verification within the requested timeframe may result in your account being temporarily restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed.
In the event that a player is found to be under 18 years of age:
- The account will be immediately closed without notice.
- All winnings accrued by the underage player will be voided and forfeited.
- Any deposits made by the underage player will be refunded to the original payment source after deducting any amounts wagered.
- The matter may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.
Additionally, you must not register or use the minibet platform if you are accessing it from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager on the platform.
Account Registration
To access the full range of services offered by minibet, including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address or mobile number.
You are permitted to hold only one registered account on minibet at any time. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or using different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, minibet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

You must notify minibet immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. minibet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

- All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate.
- You must use your own payment methods — deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted.
- You must not register on behalf of another individual or allow others to use your account.
- You must update your account information promptly if any details change after registration.
- minibet reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
minibet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a National Identity Card, passport, or utility bill — at any point during your account lifecycle, including at registration, before your first withdrawal, or following a significant change in account activity.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on minibet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). minibet does not charge players any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which minibet bears no responsibility.
minibet supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:
Deposits are generally credited to your minibet account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases, processing delays caused by network congestion or payment provider maintenance may extend this period. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes, please contact the minibet support team.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Your account KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
- Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit on your account.
- The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing windows are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account.
- Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements may not be withdrawn.
- minibet reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend the processing time.
- Withdrawals requested via bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to six hours.
minibet operates a same-source withdrawal policy: funds must be returned to the payment method from which they were deposited wherever technically possible. Any exception to this policy must be pre-approved by the minibet finance team with appropriate supporting documentation.
Bonus & Promotions
minibet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by minibet unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:
- Bonus funds are credited to your account as bonus balance, which is separate from your real-money balance.
- All bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated on the promotion page.
- Only bets placed using eligible game categories contribute toward wagering requirements. Contributions vary by game type: sports bets, slots, live casino, fishing, and arcade games may carry different contribution percentages.
- Bets placed with bonus funds that are later voided, cancelled, or drawn do not count toward wagering requirements.
- minibet reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn before completion of wagering, any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited.
- Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash without meeting wagering requirements.
minibet actively monitors player accounts for bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-risk betting patterns (such as placing opposing bets on the same event) to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk; exploiting errors or technical faults in bonus systems. Where bonus abuse is identified, minibet reserves the right to void all associated bonuses, cancel any pending withdrawals derived from bonus play, and suspend the account pending investigation.
Players who do not wish to receive bonuses may opt out by contacting the minibet support team. Opting out of bonuses does not affect a player's access to standard platform features.
User Obligations
As a registered player on minibet, you agree to use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You further agree to comply with all applicable laws of Bangladesh in connection with your use of the platform.
You expressly agree that you will not:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of your relationship with minibet, including during registration, KYC verification, or support interactions.
- Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit promotions.
- Engage in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to coordinating bets on the same event to guarantee outcomes or exploit bonus conditions.
- Attempt to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.
- Reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the minibet platform, including its software, odds feeds, or content.
- Use the platform to launder money or engage in any financially fraudulent activity.
- Engage in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harmful toward minibet staff, support agents, or other players.
- Exploit technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any such errors must be reported to the support team immediately.
minibet reserves the right to void bets, freeze accounts, and initiate legal proceedings against any player found to be in material breach of these obligations. Where a player's actions cause financial loss to minibet or other players, minibet may seek to recover those losses by any lawful means available.
Account Suspension & Closure
minibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time and without prior notice if minibet reasonably believes that:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- The player has provided false or fraudulent information at any point.
- The account is being used for money laundering or other illegal purposes.
- The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
- Continued operation of the account poses a risk to minibet, other players, or the integrity of the platform.
- A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.
Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance in the account — including real-money funds — may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms fraudulent activity, withheld funds may be forfeited. If no fraud is confirmed, legitimate real-money balances (excluding any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the minibet support team. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player after deduction of any applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements.
Players who have self-excluded from the platform may not re-register during the self-exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent exclusion from the platform.
minibet also reserves the right to close inactive accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. Players whose accounts are marked inactive will receive a notice at their registered email address before any action is taken.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, minibet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the minibet platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds resulting from system downtime, technical errors, or connectivity failures.
- Errors in odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations caused by third-party data feed providers.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
- Losses sustained during gambling activity, which is conducted entirely at your own risk.
- Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions.
minibet operates on a best-efforts basis to ensure platform availability 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, minibet does not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, internet outages, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers.
All betting and gaming activities on minibet are conducted at the player's own risk. minibet is an entertainment platform. The outcome of any bet or game is not guaranteed and minibet makes no representation that participation in any game or market will result in financial gain for the player.
Where minibet is found liable for any loss, the total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
